Manama: The new dates for the eighth Bahrain International Airshow have been announced, with the event rescheduled from November 2026 to November 2028. The airshow, which was originally scheduled to be held at Sakhir Airbase from November 18 to 20, 2026, will now take place from November 15 to 17, 2028.

The Bahrain International Airshow’s Supreme Organizing Committee announced the change in dates. According to the committee, the schedule has been revised as part of efforts to ensure greater international participation in the event.

The committee said the new dates would help visitors, exhibitors and industry partners make full use of the opportunities offered by the airshow. The rescheduling is intended to provide participants with an opportunity to engage more fully with the event and its various industry activities.

The Bahrain International Airshow, which was launched in 2010, has already grown into an important platform for the global aviation sector. The event brings together leading aviation companies and officials from around the world.

Authorities said preparations for the next edition of the airshow are progressing in coordination with various partners. The upcoming edition is expected to continue the event’s role as an international platform for the aviation industry.

The eighth Bahrain International Airshow will therefore be held at Sakhir Airbase from November 15 to 17, 2028, following the decision to move the event from its previously announced November 18-20, 2026 dates.
